However, once we are done with the festivals, these lights usually end up in a corner (probably all coiled, tangles, and ruined), and you again need to go for their purchase. Rather than putting them in a box, here are a few tips to incorporate them into your home decor:
String photo display
It’s pretty, it’s classic, and never fails to put up a gorgeous display. In case you have got some polaroid pictures of your family and friends lying around, you can put them to good use with this. You can place them along the string of your LED as you want while the light is attached to the wall.
Experiment with glass containers or mason jars
Mason jars are one more kitchen find that every household owns. Place your mini lights in the jars or any other designer glass container to spruce up your space in the most elegant way while being cost-effective.
Hang them across a wall
This is one more classic look that always makes its way into the trend. You can place your wholesale mini lights across a plain wall, line them along the borders of the window, hang them from your curtains, or even arrange them along the edges of your wall mirror.
Use old, hollow/ perforated cylinders or antique lamps
This one is one of my favorites as it’s done and tested by me as well. You can stuff the lights in perforated DIY cylinders and hang them from your wall. In the same way, hanging antique lamps also add texture to space while creating a ravishing display. Personally, I went for a lamp in the shape of a Baya beaver’s nest (got it from a thrift store). The outcome was definitely not thrift shop type (rather luxurious).
Make your own night sky view
In case you love stargazing, feel free to place your led string light over your bedroom ceiling to have your very own constellation. Each day you go to sleep, you can have a starry night.
